About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced International Export Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our portfolio across global markets. The role covers a wide range of food categories including Fresh Produce, Frozen Food, Juices, Processed Food, Dry Products, and Value-Added Food Products.Key Responsibilities* Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, wholesalers, and importers* Open new export markets and manage the full export sales cycle* Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms* Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve growth targets* Coordinate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements* Support business expansion across existing and new international markets * Minimum 7+years of experience in international export sales* Proven track record in food exports including Fresh, Frozen, Processed, Dry Products.* Strong network of international buyers, importers, and distributors* Good knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and international trade practices* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills* Fluent English, written and spoken
