Job BriefWe're seeking International Procurement Specialist to handle the entire purchasing process for Nawah's pharmaceutical division, both domestically and internationally, with a focus on research materials, equipment, and services related to the Pharma division. Ensure timely acquisition of high-quality materials, equipment, and services at optimal costs while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.Job DescriptionProcurement Process ManagementManage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery for pharmaceutical materials, lab equipment, and services.Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers for Supply Chain Manager approval.Generate purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation in ERP system (Odoo).Vendor ManagementIdentify, qualify, and onboard new vendors in alignment with Supply Chain Manager’s strategy.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within authorized thresholds.Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues to Supply Chain Manager as needed.Logistics & ComplianceCoordinate with logistics teams for timely clearance of imported materials (customs, freight, cold chain).Ensure all purchases comply with pharmaceutical regulations (SFDA/FDA) and company policies.Maintain audit-ready procurement records and documentation.Cross-Functional Partnership & CommunicationPartner with scientific and QA teams to proactively anticipate material needs and align procurement with project timelines.Deliver structured procurement briefings to Supply Chain Manager, highlighting risks, cost opportunities, and supply status.Facilitate troubleshooting of critical purchasing challenges in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager and technical teams.Serve as procurement liaison between operations and finance teams to ensure budget adherence.Collaborate with QA to validate supplier documentation meets pharmaceutical standards Continuous ImprovementMonitor market trends and report cost-saving opportunities to the Supply Chain Manager.Suggest process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.Job RequirementsMust to have: Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific speciality. At least 3 years of experience in purchasing in pharmaceutical industries or toll companies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
