As the business continues to grow across the consumer goods sector, this role will play an important part in strengthening supplier partnerships and supporting efficient sourcing across key product categories. This position is ideal for a sourcing professional who can help drive reliable supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional coordination. You will contribute to the company’s ability to secure strong manufacturing partners, support new product initiatives, and maintain dependable supply relationships that align with business needs. Responsibilities Source and evaluate Chinese suppliers for tissue and hygiene product categories. Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms with manufacturers. Manage RFQs, supplier comparisons, and vendor selection for new products. Build and maintain relationships with factories to ensure reliable supply. Coordinate purchase orders and sourcing timelines with internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3+ years of sourcing or procurement experience working with Chinese suppliers. Strong experience negotiating pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers. Hands-on experience managing RFQs, supplier evaluation, and vendor selection processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for supplier comparison and cost analysis, along with experience using ERP systems for procurement activities such as Oracle or SAP. Experience using sourcing platforms including Alibaba, 1688, and Made-in-China. Knowledge of import/export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade workflows. Experience coordinating with internal teams including Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, and Commercial teams on supplier selection, purchasing timelines, shipment schedules, payment terms, inventory requirements, and new product sourcing. Professional working proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field. Degree in Chinese Language combined with relevant sourcing or procurement experience. Experience using WeChat to communicate with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers. Chinese language proficiency or experience working directly with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers.
