WHAT YOU WILL DOLive Video Streaming: Open TikTok and start a live video using your phone or laptop from a quiet space at home.Talk to Viewers: Say hello to people who join your live video, read their text comments, and talk back to them in a friendly, high-energy way.Fun Activities: Tell stories, chat about different topics, and play friendly mini-games (called "PK battles") with other hosts on the app.Get Fans: Be welcoming so that viewers want to come back to your live videos again and again. WHAT WE GIVE YOU (BENEFITS)Account & Viewers Support: We give you a TikTok account and help you get more viewers. Our team works behind the scenes to push more people to watch your videos and help you grow faster.Free Training: You do not need experience. We will teach you everything step-by-step, including how to look good on camera and how to keep viewers interested.Work From Home: You have full freedom to work from your own room. No office travel and no formal office clothes are needed.Ready-to-Use Accounts: We provide the accounts, so you do not have to start from 0 followers WORK HOURSDaily Time: Work at least 6 hours every day.Choose Your Shift: You can pick your own hours (morning, afternoon, or night shifts).Weekly Days: Work 6 days a week. SALARY & PAY STRUCTUREGuaranteed Base Salary: 18,000 EGP fixed every month. You will get this money no matter what, even if you are new and do not get many digital gifts.Bonus (Commission): You also get 15% of the money from all the digital gifts and coins that viewers send you during your live video.Total Expected Salary (Per Month): With your base salary and your gift bonuses combined, most hosts make between 30,000 EGP and 35,000 EGP total every month. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)Language: You must speak fluent Arabic. If you also speak English, that is a big plus!Camera Presence: You must be full of energy, friendly, and happy to show your face on live video.Good talking skills are very important.Appearance: Look neat and presentable on camera.Reliable: You must log in and start your video exactly on time for your chosen shift.Equipment: A quiet room at home, a good phone or laptop, and fast, stable internet. SAFETY & PROTECTION FOR YOULive Chat Moderation: To keep you safe, our staff watches your live video chats. If anyone writes bad comments, trolls, or acts rude, our team will instantly block and remove them.Problem Solving: We will teach you easy ways to deal with rude people online safely and calmly.
