Job Summary:The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory reconciliations, and ensuring inventory accuracy across warehouses and systems.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily inventory transactions and stock movements.Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock accuracy.Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment when required.Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.Analyze slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.Improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
