Job DescriptionResponsible on Drives growth of investment products through product marketing, branch enablement, execution of the business side of marketing campaigns, branch performance tracking, and data analytics within the bank’s internal channels and in coordination with Corporate Communication.Responsibilities-Prepares investment product content and marketing materials in coordination with Corporate Communication guidelines.-Simplify product propositions for internal and external use.-Executes business side of marketing campaigns through Corporate Communication and internal bank channels.-Handles website and intranet updates (Prices / Performances / Prospectuses).-Conducts on-site visits for the branches for more engagement.-Prepares branch targets and sales reports regarding investment products in alignment with overall Capital Markets objectives-Tracks achievements vs targets and analyze gaps-Implement Investment Products marketing plans-Collects market data regarding different investment products-Implements marketing events and activities inside branches to encourage product uptake.-Responds to branch inquiries about investment products and supports internal stakeholders with product-related communication.-Supports Client Investment Solutions with standardized and customized materials for client engagementMust Have Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in banking / marketing / investment products- Understanding of investment products- Familiar with digital marketing- Ability to give market insights based on data analyses- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills- Strong presentation and communication skills- Fluent English (Reading/Writing/Speaking) Qualifications-Previous experience in banking product marketing / sales / customer service- Experience in training, coaching, or field engagement- Hands-on experience in Power BI / CRM / customer analytics tools- Professional certifications in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business- Experience in campaign execution and performance tracking.
