This role is ideal for someone with experience in investor relations, capital raising, wealth management, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, or financial services sales who enjoys building relationships and connecting investors with investment opportunities.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing relationships with prospective investors, supporting fundraising initiatives, and helping drive the continued growth of the platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the alternative investments industry and gain exposure to sophisticated investors and investment strategies on a global scale.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, RIAs, and institutional allocators.Support and execute capital raising initiatives for Falcon's multi-manager hedge fund platform.Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of prospective investors through networking, referrals, conferences, events, and direct outreach.Arrange and attend investor meetings, presentations, and industry events on behalf of the firm.Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, factsheets, and investor communications.Coordinate investor onboarding processes alongside compliance, legal, and operational teams.Support investor due diligence requests and ongoing relationship management activities.Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and fundraising activity within the firm's CRM systems.Work closely with senior management to help drive the firm's growth objectives and fundraising strategy.Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in investor relations, business development, capital raising, financial services sales, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, wealth management, or alternative investments.Existing network of family offices, RIAs, wealth managers, private banks, fund allocators, or institutional investors is strongly preferred.Demonstrable experience raising capital, introducing investment opportunities, or developing investor relationships is highly desirable.Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.Understanding of investment products, hedge funds, alternative investments, or financial markets is highly desirable.Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global team.
