Hardware Management: Procure, configure, and maintain all company hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.Software & SaaS Administration: Oversee the installation, updates, and licensing of all operating systems and software applications, including managing access to business platforms like CRMs and project management tools.Network Infrastructure: Maintain and secure the office local area network (LAN), including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.Email & Workspace Management: Administer corporate email accounts, configure routing and forwarding rules, and manage the broader workspace environment (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).Domain & Web Management: Manage company domain names, update DNS records, oversee SSL certificates, and ensure reliable web and email hosting connectivity.Onboarding & Offboarding: Provision hardware and software accounts for new hires and securely revoke access and recover assets for departing employees.Technical Support: Serve as the primary helpdesk contact for all staff, resolving day-to-day IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and liaise with external vendors, ISPs, and service providers for support or purchasing. Experience & Education2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.Technical SkillsHardware & Networks: Able to set up and troubleshoot laptops (Windows/Mac), office printers, routers, and Wi-Fi networks.Email & Cloud: Experience managing company workspaces (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), including creating accounts and setting up email forwarding rules.Domain & Web: Knows how to manage domain registrars, update DNS records, and maintain basic web hosting connectivity.Software & Security: Able to manage user access for company software (CRMs, project management tools) and enforce basic security like passwords, 2FA, and backups.
