IT Assistant Manager - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Retail)

1- System Support & Operations:Provide functional and technical support for Retail/Commerce module Handle user issues, troubleshooting, and incident resolution Manage POS (Point of Sale) integrations Ensure system uptime and performance2- Implementation & Enhancements: Assist in D365 F&O retail rollout projects Gather and document business requirements Coordinate with developers for customizations Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Support system upgrades and patche3- Retail Module Expertise Store operations Pricing & promotions Inventory & warehouse integration Loyalty programs Payment gateway integrations Channel management (online & offline4-  Data & Reporting Generate retail performance reports Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation Work with Power BI dashboards (optional but valuable5-  Vendor & Team Coordination Support IT Manager in strategic planning Train end-users and create SOP documentation  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.4–8 years in ERP/D365 2+ years in Retail module Experience in retail industry preferredStrong knowledge of **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Retail/Commerce module Understanding of POS systemsERP integrations SQL basics Retail business processes Knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services) Familiarity with Azure environment
