1- Manage and maintain company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).2- Administer and maintain company servers (installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, and performance optimization).3- Ensure proper management of Active Directory, user access control, and server security policies.4- Monitor server performance and ensure high availability and data protection.5- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.6- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and office IT systems.7- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices.8- Ensure data backup, system security, and cybersecurity best practices.9- Support administrative and office IT requirements.10- Coordinate with external service providers when needed. 1- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.2- Minimum 5+ years of experience in reputable companies.3- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.4- Experience in hardware maintenance and office IT support.5- Good organizational and documentation skills.6- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
