An IT Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, and installing and maintaining computer systems and IT equipment. They also manage support requests, ensure the smooth and efficient operation of systems, and maintain accurate documentation of IT assets while keeping records regularly updated. At least two years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.Experience with operating systems, networks, computers, and printers.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently.Good communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in factories or industrial companies is preferred.
