Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.Handle user requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up until resolution.Maintain accurate records of IT support tickets. 1–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
