Requirements A bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field. 1 to 3 years’ experience. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time. Technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Familiarity with the help desk. Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices. Windows & Linux admin hard-working and knowledgeable. CCNA, RHCSA, Network, Windows Administration.
