ResponsibilitiesProvide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including to problem resolution for software/hardwareRoutine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plansPerform minor software and minor hardware repairsDiagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systemsMaintain inventory of all IT equipmentHandle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutionsProperly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultantManage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and softwareMaintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server....etcSupport LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systemsJob RequirementsBC.
