And we’d be thrilled to have you join us!What You Will Do To Help Drive Energy TransitionProvide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and softwareInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and tools.Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.What You Will Need On That JourneyProven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.English is a Must and German is a plus.
