We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Intern to join our team and support daily IT operations within a dynamic working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support for end-user issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.Support on-site installations, configurations, and setup of IT devices and equipment.Assist in IT asset tracking, tagging, inventory management, and documentation.Support preventive maintenance activities for PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.Follow IT policies, procedures, and escalation processes to maintain service quality standards.Support troubleshooting activities related to networking, printers, mobile devices, and end-user systems.Contribute to improving responsiveness, planning, and overall IT support quality across sites.QualificationsBachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including networking, hardware, and operating systems.Familiarity with Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications.Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT operations environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of the English language.
