Key ResponsibilitiesManage the company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud services.Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans.Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.Monitor IT budgets, software licensing, and vendor relationships.Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Collaborate with departments to identify and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Experience with cybersecurity, backup solutions, firewalls, and disaster recovery.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Relevant certifications (ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Azure, Security+, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
