This is a hands-on leadership role bridging business needs with technical execution across a growing consulting firm.ResponsibilitiesVendor & ERP ManagementOwn the relationship with the ERP implementation vendor across Finance, HRMS, Projects, and CRM modulesDrive BRD development, UAT cycles, documentation, and go-live readinessManage the ERP roadmap beyond initial implementation (Procurement, Resource Allocation, Reporting)Infrastructure & OperationsOversee Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment and Azure integrationsManage Slack workspace administration and integrationsEnsure IT support SLAs across Riyadh, Egypt, and Qatar officesMaintain and improve internal tooling and automationProduct OversightGuide product priorities for internal platforms and company websiteSupport AI and data initiatives in collaboration with the Product LeadCoordinate with the regional on-demand team for design and front-end deliveryGovernance & ComplianceOversee GDPR compliance for relevant operationsManage IT budgets, licensing, and vendor contractsEstablish and maintain IT policies, security practices, and access controlsStrategic PlanningContribute to quarterly OKR planning for the tech functionReport on progress, risks, and blockers to the Director of TechnologyQualifications:5+ years in IT management or similar role, preferably in a professional services / consulting environmentERPNext / Frappe experience strongly preferred; other ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) consideredWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Azure AD, app registrations)Experience managing external vendors on time-and-material or retainer contractsFamiliarity with project management tools and consulting workflowsStrong English communication; Arabic is a plusComfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team where the manager is also a doerNice to HaveExperience with Frappe Insights, MariaDB, or Python-based integrationsFamiliarity with Notion, Slack APIs, or Microsoft Graph APIBackground in the Saudi / GCC consulting marketITIL, PMP, or similar certifications
