Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field1-2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or warehouse/inventory roleBasic computer troubleshooting (Windows, printers, email)Ability to learn new software quicklyFamiliar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Good communication (explain tech simply)Organized (track inventory accurately)
