Administers and maintains Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and Group Policy.Designs, deploys, and manages virtualized environments using VMware and supports MS SQL databases including performance tuning and backup strategies.Manages backup, recovery, and restore testing operations to ensure business continuity.Designs and implements high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.Runs vulnerability remediation, patch management cycles, and endpoint security platforms.Monitors system health, performance, and availability; resolves incidents and prevents recurrence.Supports system migrations, upgrades, and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online operations.Maintains asset inventory for servers, devices, licenses, and warranties.Provides escalation-level technical support to internal teamsMaintains clear technical documentation and operational records. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.4-7 years of hands-on experience in systems administration or a similar senior IT role.Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and enterprise backup platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and basic PowerShell scripting.Solid knowledge of system security techniques and strong problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic; relevant certifications are a plus.
