Apply nowRaya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a IT Senior TechnicianManage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VOIP, and wireless.Implement and maintain a passive network (Fiber and Ethernet cables) Manage and maintain the NVR system and Fingerprint system.Providing expert technical support for all company hardware and software, including troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades Manage and maintain the Sound system, projectors and printers.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, latency, and throughput.Ensure high-availability solutions with redundancy and failover configurations.Ensure compliance with IT security policies and support audits and risk assessments.Develop and maintain documentation for systems and network infrastructure and configurationsSkillsCommunication Skills:Clear and concise communication ensures that all parties understand tasks, expectations, and concerns.
