Provide technical support for end users (hardware, software, and system issues).Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and required drivers.Manage printers, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Administer user access and permissions across systems and services.Manage IT assets including registration, tracking, and receipt documentation.Handle IT purchasing requests and coordinate with vendors when needed.Install and maintain CCTV systems and IP cameras.Configure and manage FortiGate firewall policies and basic network security rules.Perform network and infrastructure support including connectivity and basic troubleshooting.Deploy and support new hardware devices (PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals).Ensure proper system configuration and standardization across company devices.
