Job Description:We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Nasr City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth daily operations within a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain Active Directory (user accounts, group policies & access control)• Handle Sophos security systems (endpoint protection & firewall management)• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software• Troubleshoot technical issues (network, systems, hardware & software)• Monitor and maintain network performance (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)• Provide timely and professional technical support to employees• Ensure all systems are secure, updated, and running efficientlyRequirements:• Proven experience in a call center environment (is a must)• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft environments• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Ability to multitask and work under pressure• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
