Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices). Support Microsoft environment including user accounts, email, and access management. Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity). Competitive salary Healthy environment 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
