Key Responsibilities:Software & End-User Support· Provide first and second-level technical support for software and application-related issues.· Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems.· Install, configure, and support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.· Perform software installation, updates, and patch management.· Troubleshoot software and application performance issues.· Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.Microsoft Azure Administration (Basic):· Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).· Assign and manage Microsoft 365 licenses.· Reset user passwords and manage user access.· Support employee onboarding and offboarding.· Maintain user groups and perform basic Azure administrative tasks.PBX & Telecommunication Support:· Support IP PBX and telecommunication systems.· Create and manage user extensions and telephony accounts.· Configure IP phones and softphones.· Troubleshoot call routing, extension, and voice-related issues.· Coordinate with telecom service providers for issue resolution.Basic Network & Security Support:· Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.· Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of Fortinet Firewalls, including monitoring, user access, policy verification, and VPN connectivity.:· Assist with SSL VPN and Site-to-Site VPN user support and basic troubleshooting.· Support network printers and shared resources.· Escalate advanced networking and security issues to the IT Infrastructure Manager.IT Asset Management:· Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.· Track asset allocation, transfers, returns, and disposal.· Conduct periodic IT asset audits.· Monitor software license renewals and compliance.· Maintain proper documentation of company IT equipment.Vendor Management:· Coordinate with external IT vendors, software providers, ISPs, telecom providers, and managed service providers.· Follow up on support requests and ensure timely resolution.· Coordinate software licensing, renewals, and maintenance agreements.· Maintain vendor documentation and service records.IT Operations:· Respond to support requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).· Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical procedures.· Support IT projects, new office/branch setups, and system rollouts.· Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.---Qualifications· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.· Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Fortinet (FCA/FCP), Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent are an advantage.---Experience· Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an IT Technician, IT Support Engineer, or Desktop Support Engineer.· Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.· Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) user administration.· Experience supporting PBX/IP Telephony systems.· Basic experience with Fortinet Firewall administration.· Basic knowledge of SSL VPN and Site-to-Site VPN connectivity.· Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination.· Experience supporting multi-site environments is preferred.---Technical Skills· Microsoft Windows 10/11· Microsoft 365 Administration· Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)· Active Directory (Basic Administration)· Fortinet Firewall (Basic Administration & Monitoring)· VPN Technologies (SSL VPN & Site-to-Site VPN)· Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
