Job Description :- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers (VMware), storage, and network systems.- Administer and monitor SQL Server databases to ensure performance, availability, and data integrity.- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, and wireless access points.- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft Dynamics environment.- Implement IT security best practices and provide advanced technical support when needed.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems & Infrastructure Administrator, System Administrator, or a similar role.- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, VMware, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Dynamics.- Good understanding of networking concepts, backup & disaster recovery, and IT security.- Good to Very Good English communication skills.- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
