Responsibilities: Managing and leading the internal IT team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of tasks Managing and supervising the MDM enrollment process across user devices Contributing to the development and continuous enhancement of internal IT systems and tools Handling customer-facing IT infrastructure tasks, including deployment of on-premises environments covering Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, storage configuration, and VM deployment Managing cloud infrastructure tasks and operations Handling both internal IT requests and customer IT requests, ensuring continuity and quality of service Escalating and coordinating with relevant teams on complex technical issuesRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and team leadership Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and virtualization technologies Knowledge of MDM solutions and device management Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions including Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Perfect English Language is a MUSTPowered by JazzHRsH3zaxuXdW
