The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, and in-person.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in various systems.Ensure all IT requests are documented and resolved in a timely manner.Support network and system administrators when needed.Perform regular maintenance and updates for devices and systems.
