Provide Level 1 support for ITSM tools and the ERP system, including initial triage, ticket logging, and basic issue resolution. Manage the product catalog within the ERP system, including adding new items, updating existing entries, categorizing products, and identifying/merging duplicates. Oversee MSP contracts by tracking renewals in the system, managing notifications, monitoring usage, and generating contract-related reports. Generate internal and external reports as needed to support operations, compliance, and decision-making.
