Assess and optimize sourcing and procurement processes, identifying gaps and recommending best practices to enhance S2P performance and value delivery. Design, configure, and customize Ivalua solutions—including workflows, forms, and reporting—to meet client-specific needs while ensuring alignment with business processes. Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including solution deployment, data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support. Develop and deliver training programs, user documentation, and ongoing functional support to drive adoption and ensure system effectiveness. Support project management activities by contributing to planning, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Continuously improve solutions by staying updated on Ivalua advancements and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and best practices.Requirements2+ years of proven experience as an Ivalua Functional Consultant or a similar SaaS base eProcurement products. Experience in implementation of Source to Pay processes and systems Experience on support and maintenance assignment of Ivalua or any other SaaS base eProcurement products is an asset Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be an asset Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
