We’re hiring a Junior Product Designer & AI Implementation Specialist to join our team and help us build digital products across multiple projects.This is a design-first role for someone who can turn ideas into clear user flows, thoughtful UI, fast prototypes, and real product output using modern AI tools. We’re looking for someone who can work on products from idea to execution, helping shape the experience, prototype quickly, and support implementation across web and mobile projects.What You’ll DoSupport product creation from early concept to shipped featuresDesign user flows, wireframes, UI screens, and interactive prototypesTranslate business or product ideas into clean, usable experiencesUse AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Google AI Studio to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and implementationHelp implement UI in code when needed, or collaborate closely with development to bring designs to lifeWork on multiple products and switch between design, iteration, and execution tasksAssist in building and refining design systems, reusable components, and product patternsHelp connect products with APIs, third-party tools, and simple integrationsContribute to workflows involving automation, AI-assisted tasks, and agentic product experiencesKnow when to use AI for speed and when to step in manually for quality, control, or technical accuracy 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or digital product workStrong understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and interface designGood visual taste and attention to clarity, usability, and product qualityExperience with tools like Figma for design and prototypingFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Google AI Studio, or similar tools used in product workflowsBasic ability to implement or support implementation using web or app technologiesGeneral understanding of:APIsautomation workflowsAI promptingagentic AI conceptshow AI-generated output should be reviewed, corrected, and refinedAbility to learn fast, work across multiple projects, and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong communication and product thinkingA builder mindset: you care about shipping, not just making screens look niceComfortable working in English for tools, documentation, and communicationNice to HaveExperience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Flutter, or similar (experience with React/Next.js and/or Flutter is a big plus)Experience working on SaaS products, web apps, or mobile appsFamiliarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or other automation platformsExperience designing workflows that involve AI assistants, chat interfaces, or smart automationUnderstanding of how to work in a fast-moving product team using AI-assisted workflows
