Talent 360 is hiring a Technical Office Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer who is passionate about technical office operations, quantity surveying, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects through accurate documentation, cost estimation, and technical support. About the Role As a Technical Office Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for supporting project execution by preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), reviewing technical documentation, assisting with cost estimation, and coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and material estimates for construction projects. Review engineering drawings and project specifications to identify discrepancies and coordinate required revisions. Assist in preparing technical reports, project documentation, tender packages, and cost estimates. Support project teams with technical analysis and quantity surveying activities. Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are accurately implemented. Prepare and maintain shop drawing logs, material submittal logs, and project documentation. Assist in monitoring project schedules and following up on technical deliverables. Maintain organized project records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Participate in technical meetings and follow up on action items to support smooth project execution. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. 0–2 years of experience in Technical Office, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Engineering. Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Positive attitude, accountability, and eagerness to develop professionally. Good command of English. Software Skills AutoCAD Revit (Preferred) Microsoft Excel (Strong proficiency preferred) Microsoft Office Suite
