As a multidisciplinary consultancy, we deliver innovative architectural and engineering solutions across a wide range of projects, and our Technical Office team plays a key role in transforming designs into executable project plans. What You'll Do: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and material estimates. Assist in the preparation of technical reports, project documentation, and tender packages. Review drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and coordinate required revisions. Support project teams with cost estimation and technical analysis. Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met. Assist in preparing shop drawing logs, material submittals, and project schedules. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team environment. Positive attitude, accountability, and eagerness to develop professionally. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Revit (preferred) Microsoft Excel (strong proficiency preferred) Microsoft Office Suite
