Reporting into Head of Brand Build MEA, this role is to lead the White Sauces Category. In this role you will work on Heinz Mayonnaise, Salad Dressings and Condiments, Leading the category strategy, Innovations & Communication across MEA.You’ll be treated as an owner from day one, working in cross-functional teams to drive category success while being supported by a close-knit team who will set you up for success and invest in your growth.Responsibilities:Help in the 3/10 years Strategic plan through Evaluating where the business stands today using extensive consumer and business analysis, identify current gaps, future opportunities building on consumer trends and size pf prize.Establish 3/10 years innovation pipeline and ensure setting the business into winning innovation platforms.Develop an understanding of market, competition, consumers and customers through the analysis of market and consumer research to drive the business and take corrective actions when needed.Lead, align and monitor marketing campaigns from planning to execution while being consistent with brand objectives and JTBDEnsure consistent brand look and feel across MEA inline with Brand GuidelineLead innovations projects and set winning 6ps for innovations.Track innovations and keep close monitoring and take corrective actions when needed.Qualifications:Minimum 3 - 5 years in marketing (or marketing related) experienceStrong proficiency in Arabic and EnglishPassionate for food, culture and new trends.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
