Job PurposeActs as a brand ambassador of the brand, keep up to date about the brand movement in terms of volume and brand identity pack typesDuties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinates with cross-functional project stakeholders by ensuring alignment on priorities and plans. Assists in the management of product categories, including product portfolio, pricing, and profitability. Use market research and end-user surveys to identify appropriate actions and offer new products. Maintains an efficient marketing budget for allocation and spending. Regularly analyzes outcomes produced by specific brands or product categories. Develops sales promotions and product communication in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams. Aligns with agencies on digital initiatives in an effective and proactive manner; assesses and offers comments on ideas in comparison to the brand. Inspires agencies to develop brand and company communication and activities that meet objectives and appeal to customers. Ensures that agencies are compensated, and that purchase requests and purchase orders are submitted on schedule. Analyzes market conditions and assesses new brand challenges by identifying and suggesting potential portfolio optimizations. Assists the brand manager in the development of new products and line expansions. Assists in driving competitive advantage inspired by the consumer’s needs. Collaborates with the trade marketing team on all marketing campaigns and promotions to create product exposure activities, Weekly reports to the brand manager on all innovation efforts linked to new brand or new line expansion. Works with the design team on a regular basis, informing them on new labels, updating legal wording on current labels, and developing new pack crowns. Assists and supervises all forms of qualitative and quantitative research, creates cutting-edge analytics, offers business insights, and defines the market's competitive dynamics and boundaries. Leads all digital and social media brand communications, develops best practices, implements processes, and develops the brand's social media and digital strategy. Creates and leads comprehensive project plans, as well as manages deliverables, deadlines, roles, and responsibilities across all functions.
