In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring overdue receivables, following up with clients to ensure timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. If you have strong communication and negotiation skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced finance environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in accounting and cash collection.Key Responsibilities:Review accounts receivable (AR) sheets daily to identify overdue invoices and pending payments.Monitor client payment statuses and update internal records with full accuracy.Send daily email reminders to clients, including relevant invoices and payment details.Conduct weekly follow-up calls with clients regarding overdue amounts.Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment issues and confirm payment dates.Negotiate constructively with clients facing payment delays to secure firm collection timelines.Obtain Proof of Payment (POP) from clients whenever required by the accounting team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting on collection statuses for daily/weekly updates.Escalate delayed, complex, or nonresponsive accounts to the Client Relations team when necessary.Collaborate closely with the Accounting Supervisor to support cash flow optimization.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience in collections, accounts receivable, or accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and objectively.High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.What We Offer:On-site work environment (Maadi) with a professional and supportive team.Strong learning curve in accounting operations and cash flow management.Competitive salary package.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits (medical insurance).Social insurance.Career growth opportunities within the finance and accounting function.
