Assess technically the projects requested by different teams to make sure they meet the KPI and performance requirements.2. contribute in setting the new solutions .3. Develop the new CRs on IN and supporting nodes4. Support the IN Charging Operations.6. Audit the system logs and behavior to ensure of system performance.7. Correlate and administrate the incidents solving actions.8. Validate the data charging testing scenarios and coordinate with the Revenue Assurance Team.9. Deliver the Level 2 support for data stream platforms to apply the best solutions of the problem to avoid any impact on customers .10. Troubleshoot the problems and customer complaints by analyzing traces to minimize the time of problem solving .11. Automate manual tasks to have an automation controlled work processes.12. Perform the needed reporting & data extraction tasks.Job specificationEducationB.Sc In Telecommunication / Electronics or Computer Engineering / Computer Science.ExperienceFrom 0-2 years of experience in a relevant area.Experience on IN Product and Services systems.Skills and abilitiesSkills on UNIX scripting, Oracle and programing skillsKnowledge about GSM system hierarchySS7 signaling knowledgeVery good English both written & spoken.Very good computer skills.Very good in communication skills and able to solve dispute issues with win-win solution.High business sense.
