Role PurposeSupport the Growth team at SuperPay by analyzing customer and transaction data to help improve acquisition, onboarding, and retention. This role is focused on learning fast, executing analyses, and supporting data-driven decisions that improve user growth and engagement in a fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct analysis of customer behavior across the growth funnel (acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention).Tracking key growth KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC, retention, and transaction frequency.Build and maintain basic dashboards and reports for Growth, Marketing, and Product teams. Analyze campaign performance and help identify what drives user acquisition and engagement.Support segmentation and cohort analysis under guidance from senior team members.Help monitor customer drop-offs and flag potential issues in the user journey.Assist in A/B test tracking and basic performance evaluation of experiments.Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy.Support competitor research by tracking fintech apps, pricing, and market trends.Work closely with senior analysts and Growth stakeholders to translate business questions into data outputs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or internships in analytics/growth roles.Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a strong plus.Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Basic understanding of marketing funnels, user behavior, or fintech/payments is preferred.Exposure to data analysis projects, dashboards, or academic/business case work.Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn fast in a growth environment.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Fluent in English.
