The Junior Data Analyst will support business operations by extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources to enable informed decision-making and accurate reporting.ResponsibilitiesExtract reports and data from multiple systems, including Excel files, dashboards, and internal tools.Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for different stakeholders.Identify trends, issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies within datasets.Develop simple dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.Use Python (Pandas) to automate repetitive reporting and data tasks when applicable.Provide clear insights and summaries alongside reports, not only raw data.Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and data workflows.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Fresh graduate in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related discipline).Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions.Basic knowledge of Python, especially Pandas library.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).Basic SQL knowledge.Familiarity with Power BI.Experience with automation tools or scripting.BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation packages and performance driven incentive programs.We offer a flexible hybrid work model that supports both in office collaboration and remote productivity.We invest in continuous career coaching to support your growth and long-term development.We collaborate across borders, embracing diversity and shared success.
