• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta and TikTok.• Support campaign planning across awareness, traffic, conversion, retargeting, and launch campaigns.• Assist in building campaign structures, ad sets, audience tests, and creative testing plans.• Track key performance metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and spend efficiency.• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with clear observations and recommendations.• Coordinate closely with the creative team to brief, test, and refresh ad creatives based on performance data.• Monitor competitor advertising activity and identify learnings for our company campaigns.• Support landing page, website, and e-commerce campaign alignment in collaboration with the E-Commerce & DTC sales team.• Maintain disciplined budget tracking and ensure campaign execution follows approved budgets.• Support additional paid channels such as Google, YouTube, Snapchat, and others as business needs evolve. • 1-3 years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or digital advertising.• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager is strongly preferred.• Exposure to Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Snapchat Ads is a plus.• Good understanding of digital funnels, audience testing, creative testing, and retargeting.• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.• Ability to translate campaign data into practical recommendations.• Good communication skills and ability to work with creative and commercial teams.• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
