1. Market Research and Lead GenerationConduct research on potential international markets and identify new customers (distributors, agents, end-users) for electrical products.Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends in target regions (Africa, Middle East, etc.).Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through online research, trade directories, and exhibitions.2. Sales Support and Offer PreparationPrepare export quotations, proposals, and presentations based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure accurate delivery terms, lead times, and product specifications.Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed orders.3. Customer Relationship ManagementSupport existing export customers with order tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.Assist in negotiating basic terms (prices, payment, delivery) under supervision of Export Sales Manager.Handle export documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists) in coordination with logistics.4. Sales Targets and ReportingAchieve assigned individual sales targets and contribute to team quotas.Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM system (e.g., Excel or dedicated tool).Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, market visits, and customer feedback.5. General SupportParticipate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to promote products.Support after-sales activities, including warranty claims and repeat orders.Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and company policies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering (Electrical preferred), or related field.1–2 years of experience in sales, export, or commercial roles (fresh graduates with internships welcome).Willingness to travel regionally/internationally as needed.Technical SkillsGood understanding of export processes, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for pricing, PowerPoint for presentations) and CRM tools.Basic knowledge of electrical products (panels, LV/MV equipment, lighting) is prefered.Soft SkillsExcellent English communication skills (written/spoken); additional languages (French).Strong negotiation and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.Analytical mindset for market research and sales reporting.Team player, organized, and target-oriented
