Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Fitness Coach based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Fitness Coach will work closely with clients to provide personalized training plans, guide them through workout sessions, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met. Responsibilities include conducting movement assessments, demonstrating proper techniques for safe and effective workouts, and providing motivation and accountability. The role involves collaborating with in-house nutritionists and physiotherapists to develop holistic plans that address fitness, nutrition, and recovery. QualificationsKnowledge of fitness training principles, exercise techniques, and movement assessmentsStrong communication and client engagement skills for providing motivation and clear instructionAbility to create personalized workout plans and monitor progress effectivelyUnderstanding of performance nutrition and recovery principles (experience or certifications in these areas is a plus)Proficiency in team collaboration with other professionals, such as nutritionists and physiotherapistsCertified in personal training, fitness, or related health and wellness field; additional certifications in areas such as functional training or rehabilitation are an advantagePassionate about health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their goals while promoting sustainability and balanceFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
