Junior HR Generalist

Job Summary:The Junior HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, personnel administration, attendance management, and HR compliance. The role serves as a key point of contact for employees and assists in creating a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee data updates.Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting.Support employee relations by responding to HR-related inquiries.Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.Support performance management and employee development processes.
