Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.Follow up on employee contracts, renewals, and probation evaluations.Assist in attendance, leave, and overtime administration.Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documents.Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and company policies.Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases.Assist in employee engagement and training initiatives.Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in Human Resources.Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Experience with HR systems is a plus.Good command of English.
