Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Junior Infection Control professional specializing in hospital environments. The role involves monitoring and managing infection prevention and control measures, conducting risk assessments, and implementing evidence-based practices to reduce infection risks. Daily tasks include collaborating with healthcare teams, performing regular audits, analyzing infection data, and delivering staff training on hygiene protocols and safety standards. The candidate will also support the development of infection control policies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Competence in infection prevention, control measures, and risk assessment practices.Ability to conduct thorough audits, analyze infection data, and develop strategic responses.Strong understanding of healthcare safety standards, hygiene protocols, and hospital regulations.Excellent communication and collaborative skills to train healthcare staff and work in team environments.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Microbiology, or a related field. Certification in Infection Control is a plus.Attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to ensuring patient safety.Previous experience in hospital infection control or a related field is highly desirable.
