Company DescriptionStatic Real Estate Established since 2019 as a real estate company now we grown up faster than any startup business and we have more than one department we have a great profile in real estate development, software development, marketing and commercial services.Role DescriptionWe are also looking for someone who is curious and comfortable using modern AI-powered creative tools to support concept exploration, visualization, presentation quality, and design communication in a full-time and on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer at Static Real Estate, located in Al Jizah, Egypt.The Junior Interior Designer will support design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with clients and project teams.Develop design concepts and produce detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and elevations under the supervision of senior designers.Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and physical mood boards to communicate ideas to clients.Take accurate on-site measurements and assist with space planning.Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and help assemble client presentation packages.ToolsSketchUpAutoCADUnreal EngineAI-powered creative tools for image generation, visualization, enhancement, and presentation supportQualifications1 to 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
