We provide legal representation, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial legal services, contract drafting, legal opinions, and strategic legal solutions for businesses and individuals.We are looking for a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling litigation cases before Egyptian courts.Draft legal memoranda, contracts, notices, and legal correspondence.Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.Attend court hearings, governmental authorities, and public entities.Prepare and organize legal files and case documentation.Support senior lawyers in case strategy and client matters.Follow up on ongoing litigation and administrative procedures.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. LL.B. degree from an accredited university.Registered with the Egyptian Bar Association.0–2 years of legal experience.Strong legal drafting and research skills.Excellent written and spoken Arabic.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Residence in Cairo is preferred.
