Role OverviewThe Junior Marketing Specialist will support the company's marketing initiatives by assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is ideal for a motivated and creative individual who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, brand awareness, and lead generation within the software and technology industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.Support the management of marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads.Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, including social media posts, articles, newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.Collaborate with designers and other team members to develop creative marketing assets.Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries when appropriate, and identify opportunities to increase audience engagement.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing campaigns, events, and online outreach activities.Assist in maintaining marketing databases and CRM records.Assist in updating and maintaining website content.Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines.Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.Assist in organizing company events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.Support the preparation of marketing materials for events and business meetings. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and content marketing.Experience with social media management tools and digital advertising platforms is a plus.Familiarity with SEO principles, email marketing, and website content management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar marketing platforms is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Interest or experience in the Software, ERP, AI, or Technology industry is a strong plus.
