Other lines of products include cable management system (cable trays, cable ladder and cable trunk).Job Description Ensure HSE compliance within the workplace.Ensure quality of output productionPlan daily shop floor work under his area of responsibility.Lead the production team of foremen, technicians and workers.Coordinate with other departments to achieve production goals efficiently.Oversee and optimizing production processesAnalyze workflows and problems to identify areas for improvementEnsure the optimum utilization of manufacturing equipment together with the correct usage of each.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Production or Industrial.0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in sheet metal or engineering industry.Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve production processesEffective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsGood user of AutoCADCAM knowledge is a plusVery good English language.Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environmentFamiliarity with air quality or HVAC system products will be an asset
