OverviewBased in Cairo and supporting the AMESA region, the role focuses on maintaining accurate customer and distributor data management, including customers, routes, sectors, and credit limits. It ensures efficient data updates and leads the monthly planning process, supporting smooth commercial operations and compliance with company standards.Work in a rotating schedule, alternating between Saturday–Wednesday (followed by three days off) and Sunday–Thursday (followed by one day off) to ensure continuous business coverage.Responsibilities Create and Update Customers & customers attributes Create and Update routes/sector & routes/sector structure attributes Create and Update SRs / Customers / Credit limits for the distributors business Update CMF (add/remove/modify) Initiate the monthly Journey Plan process, preparation, consolidation, update & upload. Joining monthly closure calls with stakeholders, such calls happen in the last day of the month.QualificationsDegree qualified in Business / Commerce 1 – 2 year of experience in Customer support rolesTime management and organization Skills.Full working proficiency in EnglishProficient with Microsoft Office Suite package.Ability to communicate with peers and stakeholders of a different background and level Ability to work in an international team
